This week as tough is there seems to be no assuredness on how our team may look like in the future. With the issue of the digital support up in the air, we are not sure of what are role is. In the meantime, more work has been placed on me in regards to the digital support. I am more than happy to help unfortunately there has been no direction given on what support we are to offer. My role seems to be changing but I am not clear how as of it. I will do what I need to support the team and hope it starts to gel soon.

I am unsure what my manager's manager requested from us today. Seems we are to make some calls to end users which are out of the ordinary. Unfortunately he did not have any specifics or who to contact. It looks like we should receive more information next week. I wish I had more time to speak to him but we were receiving many support calls at the time. I was able to handle my on boarding/off boarding work this week. My next task is to handle hardware disposals. Also if I have time, I would like to rename our inventory. It has been haphazardly numbered before and I would like to order them by model so we know what is out and what is in just by the number.
